Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy what you buy here. That said, please note:

• Digital downloads (PDFs, ebooks) are generally non-refundable once delivered, since they can’t be “returned.” If you had technical trouble receiving your file, contact us and we’ll make it right.
• Merchandise (shirts, mugs, calendars, etc.) is printed on demand and shipped directly from our supplier. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue.
• We do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse on merchandise, so please double-check product descriptions before ordering.
